Sales Administrator

We are looking for new member of Aftermarket Sales department.

Main tasks:

  • Invoice creation (SAP)
  • Purchase order handling (customer portals)
  • Quotation uploads
  • Price / Volume maintenance in SAP based on customer price agreement / demands
  • Data collection and analysis of Series Volumes per Product as base for identification of P/N to be transferred from series business to OES and for Independent Aftermarket demand estimations
  • Supporting business unit budget planning process


  • High school / Bachelor´degree, preferably in economics, finance or business
  • Experiences with administrative work in the field of Logistics or Finance or Controlling
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Advanced English and ability to communicate daily across multiple teams worldwide
  • Knowledge of SAP as advantage
  • Experience from international company as advantage
  • Structural approach, analytical thinking, focus on detail, very good communication skills, passion for numbers
  • Driving licence B
